Returns And Refund Policy
Our returns policy is 14 days. This means you have 14 days from receiving your order to submit a returns request.
Upon receiving your order please inspect all items to make sure you are happy with everything.
To be eligible for a refund, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received them. Including the original packaging and with all tags attached.

To submit a return please send an email to paige@thefluffingdogshop.co.uk containing the following.
- Your order number
- Which item(s) you would like to return
- Reason for returning
- If returning any damaged/faulty items pictures showing the issue.

If the return is accepted we will provide you with a returns address for you to post the item(s) back to us.
The item(s) must be returned in the original packaging including all tags. Items must be unused and in the original condition.

We recommend returning your parcel using a tracked service.
​
Once the return is received it will be inspected. If there is any issues with the return we will be in contact.
​
Neither the original postage cost or the returns postage cost will be refunded unless agreed by The Fluffing Dog Shop if the item is faulty.

If you received a free gift with your order and return any of the items, the free gift must be returned too. If it is not returned, the cost of the free gift will be deducted from your refund.

Once the the return is received, inspected and approved refunds will be refunded directly to your original payment method.
